JA Oilfield Fixed Bend Short Bit box to Bend Drilling Motors are designed to put the directional driller in full control of the directional wellpath construction process. With approximately a 51 inch Bit-box to Fixed Bend distance, achieving directional wellpath targets is easier with less toolface variations during slide drilling mode and predictable build-rate performance in 3D directional wellpath construction.
The Fixed Bend Short Bit box to Bend Drilling motor features power sections and drive train engineered to deliver high torque and high speed at design differential pressures and flow rates respectively. With the fixed bend, the greater torsional strength of the fixed bend housing permits rotary speeds at higher bend angles.
Placed in the hands of directional drillers, the ability to hold toolface, achieve highside orientation quickly and alternate between sliding and rotary modes for precise curve or directional wellpath construction is unmatched.
